Job Summary

Product Development Expert - Retail & MSME is responsible for contributing in developing new products specifically for the Retail and MSME customer segment in accordance to the approved principles, processes, standards and procedures. In addition, the role holder is responsible for follow-up proper implementation of new product and service opportunity in continuous and systematic manner.

About You

Academic and Professional Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, , Management and/or related fields.

Experience

Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience

Functional/Technical Competencies

Customer need analysis: Ability to understand the unique needs, preferences, and behaviors of different customer groups within the banking sector, categorized by demographic characteristics, geographic location, capital, and industry sectors, to develop targeted products and services.
Product lifecycle knowledge: Understand how a banking product designed, launched, marketed, monitored, and retired.
Product and price knowledge: Understand how a banking product designed, launched, marketed, monitored, and retired.
