You retain ownership of your Job Descriptions, company information, and other proprietary content. By posting it, you grant Ethiotalent a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote this content to job seekers to operate the platform and connect you with talent.

The EthioTalent platform and its matching tools are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific hiring results or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for the outcomes of your hiring process, candidate interactions, or any damages arising from your use of the platform or the candidates you engage with.
