Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Specialist to manage and optimize our HRIS platform. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for maintaining HR data integrity, supporting HR systems and processes, and providing training and support to HR staff and users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices combined with technical expertise in HRIS management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Implement system updates, upgrades, and enhancements to improve HR processes.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management through the HRIS.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and HR teams.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to HR staff and end-users.
  • Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to optimize system performance.
  • Document system procedures and workflows for future reference and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, Oracle, ADP, BambooHR, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Technical proficiency with database management, reporting tools, and system configuration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in HRIS or HR Technology (e.g., HRIP, CBIP).
  • Experience with system integration and data migration.
  • Knowledge of relevant data privacy laws and regulations.
