Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain and Logistics Officer to manage and coordinate our supply chain operations, ensure timely delivery of goods, optimize logistics processes, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a solid understanding of supply chain management, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies to ensure smooth procurement, transportation, and distribution of goods.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock audits.
Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to secure the best terms and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
Monitor logistics operations to ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays promptly.
Prepare reports on supply chain performance, inventory status, and logistics expenses.
Optimize transportation routes and warehouse operations for efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and company policies.
Support procurement activities and vendor management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.
Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
