Job Title: Salesperson
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Salesperson to drive the market adoption of client’s product. You will act as a product ambassador, demonstrate value, manage the end-to-end sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful product sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sales Growth: Identify target segments and qualify opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling demonstrations that show potential customers exactly how the product solves their pain points.
- Closing: Manage the end-to-end sales process, addressing objections and advancing deals to a close.
- Onboarding: Facilitate user training and setup to ensure a successful post-sale experience.
- Market Feedback: Collect customer feedback to help drive continuous improvement of the sales strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or TVET in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and time management skills.
- Previous sales experience is highly advantageous.
- Ability to translate complex product features into clear customer value.
- Customer-centric mindset, integrity, and professional ethics.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel for client engagements.
