Support in HR planning as well as in developing, revising and maintaining HR policies, procedures and systems,
Assist in providing advice and support to Director of Administration and Finance and the Chief Executive Officer on human resources related matters,
Assist the HR & Contract manager in reviewing policies, procedures and make recommended changes as required,
Advice the HR & Contract manager on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
Assist in maintaining Human Resources systems and procedures across offices with particular emphasis on ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor law & ABH personnel manual,
Keep track of HR activities (recruitment, annual leave and performance evaluation) and submit status report to the HR Manager on regular basis,
