Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Ethio Telecom maintenance project delivery;
- Responsible for maintenance team set up;
- Responsible for maintenance project SLA achievement;
- Responsible for customer satisfaction;
- Maintain the good relationship with customer
- coordinating the completion of complex repairs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, and other related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in telecom network maintenance job;
- Familiar with at least 1 product in telecom network;
- Understand the normal troubleshooting flow;
- Know how to improve the network quality and SLA;
- Good at English speaking and writing;
- Good leadership capability
