Duties and Responsibility

• Provides on-site technical support for wireless product projects.
  Provides support for onsite major operations (such as version upgrade, system expansion and cutover, and relocation), and formulates and operates solutions.
• Report on site or track and solve remaining problems, including on-site solutions and back-end support.
• Feeds back faults and product requirements, and assists in product improvement and optimization.
• Provides technical guidance and training for user maintenance personnel
• Basic IP data configuration for bearer products of switches and routers.
• Provide support for onsite major operations, onsite operations, or remote guidance.
• Provides technical training and guidance for our customer maintenance engineers.
• Technical communication with customer engineers and Chinese colleagues.
